What are some type of businesses out there that would use alot of toner cartridges and would always have to reorder them alot?

I am planning a business. I will start out with baskets for new babies and if all goes well I will make the extra investment for wedding baskets, and then so on and forth. By baskets I mean gift baskets. I have researched local business license, but I am not sure if a local business is the right way to go, so I am thinking internet or Ebay. What kind of license do you need for these types of businesses.

I’m looking for specifics on local businesses here, I’ve been searching on the internet and have found info on corporations but not much on local businesses that kept their heads above water.

I need the answer to this for a project at school. So what do you think? Is it real estate agencies? Insurance companies? Surgeries, schools, solicitors, etc.? If you can, please give one or 2 arguments.

For example. Let’s say I want to find all of the businesses of the following types, within 100 miles of Omaha, NE:
aluminum castings, steel castings, water jet cutting, welding

How could I do that?
