I’m going to be starting a business and I have a person that is willing to handle all of the development costs etc. Since it is an online business, the start up costs are pretty low for a business, under $10,000 definitely, probably under $5,000.

In this type of situation, what portion of the company is given to the investor?

I’m a graphic designer, and i’m trying to build my freelance cliental. Is anyone starting a business and need a company logo, business cards, stationary, t-shirts, banners, etc? My resume doesn’t look very good (just a degree and three jobs). I want to start a business so I can put down that I did bookkeeping/accounting/QuickBooks, handled the legal work, and was a leader. I don’t plan on taking care of very many customers or having any major expenses.
