Business email account cannot recieve emails?

I have forwarded my new business email account to my other yahoo account and I cannot get any messages anywhere. Not forwarded – Not any in the inbox when I sign in directly for the account. I have a domain through yahoo and I want to recieve email from prospective clients. I have not recieved the 5 test emails I have sent.
