When I send out business emails on Microsoft Outlook it goes into the spam folders of Yahoo users. How do I prevent this or get around it? I see some companies have a Gmail account that says “on behalf of” there company .com name. Is that their way of getting around going into spam folders?

I have internet access, but when I go into my Microsoft Outlook it says it’s disconnected. How can I fix this so I can access my company emails from home?
