What’s the difference between residential and business addresses?

I’m placing an online order and they offer 2 kinds of delivery: residential and business address delivery. The business address is 2 times cheaper. I have a friend he owns a business, if I order it on my friend’s business address will it count like a business address?

Is one considered better/more advanced than the other? How many credits are required by each and how long does it take to complete each program? Is one more expensive than the other in terms of tuition costs? Is one more difficult than the other? What are the advantages/disadvantages of both? Which one is preferred better by employers? Are there more job opportunities and higher pay involved with one of them? I’m a Finance major – so which would be better for me to pursue? Also, if I will obtain a CFA license, should I still consider going for a Masters or MBA? BTW, eventually I’m aiming for a PhD in Finance – how many credits/years does it require? Serious responses only, please! I will be very grateful to the person who can provide constructive insight to my questions.
Someone here mentioned that I could go straight for a PhD, but someone else said that there’s no PhD in Business/Finance. I’m confused – which one is it? I thought one can enroll in a PhD program only after obtaining a Masters or MBA; would I actually be able to go for the PhD right after getting my Bachelors degree?

I am opening an online business for website design. (set up as a LLC, I’m the sole owner) Should I start keeping receipts of all business related expenses? Or would my business qualify as a hobby if I don’t make a certain amount of money in the year that I’m filing.

I need to know if I can deduct the mortage payment on a business. Our business mortage is a commercial loan and only the business is on it. Or, is only the interest on the business deductable. If so, would it be in our best interest for the business to rent from us this year?

I’m almost done with my business plan. I’m stuck on something. I don’t know sould I operate my business as a Corporation or Sole Prietorship if I’m planning to run a photography and graphic designing business with employees I’m planning to hire which will include a secretary, assistant, graphic designer and a beautican.
