I live in Dallas Texas, and like to know how to find available businesses for sale in my area? Let say I want to by a Pizza Hot or something like that. Where to find what is available?
I’ll pick the best answer later.

I am looking for a list of active Michigan Businesses? I know when you are starting a business there is a place to check to ensure the name isn’t already taken. Does anyone have any links or information related? Thanks!

I set up new and existing businesses with credit card processing. I am looking for new ways to find leads. Being that new businesses are public record how do I go about finding them?

I am making a business to create websites for businesses that focus mainly on online sales, what are some good names i could choose?

I am looking into starting my own business and it seems that Quickbooks is the best available software for small businesses, but I would like to make sure. Please, share your thoughts on the subject.

I’ve already submitted applications for Publix and Kroger, but I’d much rather work at a smaller grocery store/business.

Could somebody give me a quick list of stores/businesses I could apply at, please?

Btw, I refuse to work at fast food restaurants, so none of those please.

Thank you. :)

I’m a successful professional that is looking for additional businesses to own. I do not want to engage in day to day operations and be onsite, but have capital available for investment in promising opportunities. I know that if employees are needed, they should be good and trusted employees, which is probably the biggest hurdle in making an absentee business successful. I would consider partnering with the right person where they do the day to day work and I provide the capital and provide my business expertise. I understand that I could not be totally absentee and would expect to devote several hours (~10) per week to the operation. I would want it to be something local where I could drop in unexpectedly and make sure the wheels weren’t falling off.

I would consider (but do not prefer) a franchise. As for commercial real estate, it seems that the risk/reward ratio is somewhat askew in this part of the country, so I am leaning in a different direction.

There is a lot of business construction in my area. How do I find out which businesses have applied to do business in my area?

I just want to be able to make money at a part time job, but still be able to play sports for my high school, and be an active member in the DECA chapter at my school.

So what businesses are known for working around a schedule like mine. I mean, like what fast food, or other places work around schedules.

Thanks in advance
